“Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper”. You’ve probably heard it a millions times! But this doesn’t mean you need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen to prepare your breakfast.
A lot of people think that it takes a lot of time to prepare a healthy breakfast.This is absolutely not true. In this blog post I’ll tell and show you one of my favorite things to eat in the morning and it only takes like 10 minutes.
My favorite breakfast.
Rice crackers with “homemade” strawberry-yogurt, bananas and cranberries and a leftover smoothie. Sounds easy right ?
First of all the “homemade” strawberry-yogurt. All you need is some frozen strawberries and a cup of yogurt. You need to put these two things in a blender press start and that’s it! And if you don’t like the strawberries than you can take any other sort of frozen ( or fresh) fruit.
Next up, slice up medium banana and grab some cranberries. Spread your strawberry-yogurt out over your rice cracker, place the slices of banana on top of it and finish it of with some cranberries. If you like you can always add nuts or seeds.
